Strong Outright refusal from others, a part of the population, just a minority. Majority wins, it has always been the plan from God, the Universe, Light.
Events:
Fear of water, new infrastructure, water threat. Exchange between state, some state will send sand. to other states to help with floodings. Its prevention, no catastrophe. Solidarity wins, new pathways between states for rich exchange, new connexion, less dependancy on the Government. Local solidarity gives birth to new local industries, trades ideas. Beautiful.
Focus on specific states:
Western Virginia and Florida collaborate on a problematic, it has to do with the trees, the forest, wildfires maybe (prevention), Florida comes with a scenario, an hypothesis they are scared about. This leads to agreeement with Western Virginia. It has to do with cyclones, water and trees. This is beneficial.
Conclusion: Many expect many disasters, but the USA is a land of exchange and trade and new pathways will open for people, states to share and exchange ressources. It will make people rich, local business, new connexions. A brighter future.
