Differencing thoughts from messages.
My first channeling experiences and going beyond or breaking my limiting beliefs
I had my first channeling experiences very young in age, I remember seeing things and balls of energy around me. At the age of 25, when I started my healing journey to become the best version of myself and find myself, I regained energy and started to hear words in my mind or dreaming scenarios that would manifest in my life or someone else's life, in the following days. It would be as simple as dreaming of a laptop falling into a sink while somebody is washing vegetables and then waking up with a text message from my friend reporting how upset he is about his laptop not working after water dropped on it while he was preparing food next to his sink.
And, in 2024, I joined an online group of psychics who do not professionally channel but do receive messages and communicate with the spirit world. We would train a few times a week, just by letting go of limiting beliefs in an opening meditation, grounding ourselves, connecting with the divine Source of love, and receiving messages for each other.
Getting rid of limiting beliefs completely propelled my capacity to channel! Getting pregnant even more!
Channeled messages feel a little invasive and sudden
I thought it would be interesting for you, reading this, to know what channeled messages feel like for me. I guess it can be quite different for everyone, but I do have a lot of psychics reporting similar experiences around me.
Messages coming to you can be a little invasive, and I don’t mean it in a bad way. I might be having a casual chat with someone, thinking about anything really, or just carefully listening to the person in front of me, and suddenly, I would receive what I call a “flash”, a visual of a situation or a little movie. It can also be a sentence defiling in my mind in a visual form. Sometimes, it would be a word I hear, like someone is speaking behind my ear: I instinctively do not like this way of receiving messages as I intuitively assimilate them to spirits or entities and not the Source itself. I actually experience much less of this since I consciously started to connect with the Source and only the Source, and integrated this natural connection.
Channeled messages can come with a physical sensation
When I channel, it can come with funny sensations: shaking, a buzzing energy going through my body, an intense wave of goosebumps that just lasts very long. The message itself can be of sentient nature, it can be the sensation of pain, pleasure, electricity, warmth, or cold in my body that means something. Like when finding out someone’s circumstances of the death, I once felt an intense goosebumps behind my head that would not go away.
When channeling messages, thinking feels like a bigger effort
That is definitely one of the most intriguing parts of channeling. When I channel, I almost self-hypnotize myself in a state of deep relaxation, connected with my breathing and body, and the earth. In that altered state of consciousness, messages flow easily and naturally, while thoughts that might emerge, especially at the beginning, when judging the information I receive, feel harder to grasp and hold in my mind. I became very aware of the more dense nature of thoughts, it just feels harder to think and formulating a thought in my mind takes a lot more energy than receiving a message.
