Lifestyle & mindset changes that help me better connect with the Source

I love to repeat that, but channeling is not a gift. It’s part of our normal function as human beings, the connection with other realms and the Source is absolutely natural. It does deteriorate as we grow up in the current society, and even disappears if the belief system completely blocks this opportunity.

So the first thing that came into my life and allowed me to “unlock” my sensitivity to more subtle energies and intuition was to change my belief system.

I had quite a limiting belief system with myself, my identity, my capacities and power, but also towards society and the reasons for incarnation. So I listed just below successive lifestyle and mindset changes that I brought into my life that slowly led to Awareness and Channeling…

  • Removing patterns and behaviors that were no longer in alignment (addictions, partying, vampire relationships, etc)

  • Good sleep (I started to process blocked memories and traumas, a lot of shame and fear came up to be processed)

  • Reduce my circle to the people I respect and who respect me

  • Start meditating (not sitting on the floor, but looking at the sky, trees, looking at the beauty of things like the face of my best friend when she smiles, and being aware of how I feel)

  • Start the long journey of setting my boundaries and regaining my vital energy

  • During the pandemic, I got to learn about the overall Globalist Agenda and why they are trying so hard to crush humans and maintain the population in fear and dense frequencies

  • Understanding what I can do about it, and started affirmations to reboot my belief system based on my observations of reality with a fresh eye

  • Started training intuition and channeling by putting awareness on signals and messages I received while being with someone, looking at a photo, looking at a person, etc

  • Two years ago, I eventually started to channel and give psychic readings

  • I started doing breathwork recently to be more with my body
